IBBL introduces credit card ‘Khidmah’

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has introduced Shariah compliant credit card ‘Khidmah’ for its customers. M Abul Quasem, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, unveiled the card as the chief guest at a local hotel on Tuesday. Presided over by Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director of IBBL, Dashgupta Asim Kumar, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, was present at the function as a special guest. Islami Bank has introduced the credit card with a view to providing investment facilities, fulfilling daily needs and enriching living standard to the limited income people. This card holder will be facilitated to purchase from all VISA bearing outlets, utility bill payment and e-ticketing, according to a news agency.
