IBBL local office holds Iftar Mahfil

Local office of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) organised a discussion meeting on "Role of Waqf, Micro Investment, Zakat and Usr for Poverty Alleviation" and Iftar Mahfil at the BCIC auditorium in the city recently, said a press release.
Chairman of the board of directors of IBBL, the largest private commercial bank Prof Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher was present at the function as the chief guest while Managing Director M. Fariduddin Ahmad was the special guest.
The function was presided over by Executive Vice- president Md Setaur Rahman.
Head of Local Office of the Bank Moulana Abdus Shaheed Naseem, Member of Shari'ah Council addressed the function as the Chief Discussant and Ali Asgar Md. Aslam, Senior Vice President presented the welcome speech. Top executives, officials and staff of the Bank, industrialists and businessmen were present on the occasion.
