IBBL opens two more SME Service Centres

The Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has opened two more small and medium enterprise (SME) Service Centres at Charmuguria of Madaripur and Mahasthangar of Bogra.
Deputy Commissioner of Madaripur Shashi Kumar Singh inaugurated the sixth SME service centre at Charmuguria of Madaripur, while Acting General Manager of Bangladesh Bank, Bogra Ahmed Jamal inaugurated the seventh centre at Mahasthangar of Bogra recently, said a press release.
In this connection, two inaugural functions was organised on the centres premises.
Chairman of the Audit Committee of the IBBL Kazi Harun-ar-Rashed presided over the inaugural function of Charmuguria.
Superintendent of Police (SP) of Madaripur Devdas Bhattacharya and Chowdhury Nurul Alam Babu attended the inaugural function as the special guests.
Among others, Member of Shari'ah Council and Lecturer of the International Islamic University, Chittagong Abdus Samad, Executive Vice President and Zonal Head of Barisal AKM Harunur Rashid and In-charge of Charmuguria Centre AFA Saiful Islam were present at the inaugural function.
Vice Chairman of the board of directors of the IBBL Zainul Abedin presided over the inaugural function of Mahasthangar.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Bogra Abdullah Sazzad and President of the Bogra Chamber of Commerce and Industry Fazlur Rahman Paikar were present at the inaugural function as the special guests.
