IBBL organises discussion

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) organised a discussion on 'Role of Ulama in Building Corruption-free Society and Civilisation' and Iftar Mahfil at a city hotel Friday.
IBBL Shari'ah Council Chairman Moulana Ubaidul Hoque was present as the chief guest in the function.
Chaired by IBBL Board of Directors Chairman Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher, the key discussion was presented by the vice-chancellor of the Islami University, Kushtia, former Mustafizur Rahman.
The function was addressed, among others, by IBBL former board of directors chairman Nazir Ahmad and Executive President M Fariduddin Ahmad.
Obaidul Hoque called upon the Islamic thinkers to come forward to build a corruption-free society and work concertedly to raise awareness among the mass of people against unfairness.
