IBBL signs 'instant cash service' deal with Oman Exchange

An agreement on 'instant cash service' was signed recently between Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) and Oman Exchange Company (OEC) of Kuwait.
The signing ceremony was held at the head office of OEC in Kuwait.
IBBL international banking wing senior Vice President Md Mahbub-ul-Alam and OEC General Manager and CEO Sabbir Ali Jamani signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
IBBL Executive Committee Chairman Mominul Islam Patwary and OEC Operation Manager Shahid Akter were also present in the function
After this arrangement, the recipients in Bangladesh will be able to receive funds sent by expatriates from Kuwait from any IBBL branch instantly without opening any account with the bank.
