ICAB holds confce on corporate transparency

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) organized a Members' Conference on 'Corporate Transparency and Sustainability Reporting' Monday at ICAB Auditorium, said a statement.
The conference highlighted the transparent and fair presentation of information adorned with identification of opportunities and risk factors of organizations in their reporting which helps business sustainability and building trust among the people.
Dr. Aditi Haldar, Director and Ms. Rubina Sen, Senior Coordinator, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), South Asia jointly presented the Technical Paper on 'Corporate Transparency and Sustainability Reporting' in the conference.
Dewan Nurul Islam FCA, President-ICAB delivered welcome address while Anwaruddin Chowdhury FCA, Member Council & Past President-ICAB moderated the session. Parveen Mahmud FCA, Member Council & Past President-ICAB conducted the session as session chairman.
