ICB AMCL holds 7th AGM

The 7th annual general meeting of ICB Asset Management Company Limited (ICB AMCL), a subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), was held at its head office in the city Monday.
The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the board of directors of the company MA Motalib Chowdhury. Directors' report to the shareholders and annual accounts of the company for financial year 2006-2007 were approved in the meeting.
During 2006-2007 the company earned a net profit of Tk 40.24 million (402.44 lakh), which was Tk 36.47m (364.79 lakh) in the previous year. Earning per share of Tk. 100.00 stood at Tk 80.49. The meeting approved 25pc dividend for the year.
