ICB approves 14pc dividend for its shareholders

ICB shareholders approved 14 per cent cash dividend for the FY 2006-2007 at its 31st annual general meeting (AGM) Tuesday at the BIAM auditorium in the city.
ICB board of directors Chairman Feroz Ahmed presided over the meeting while ICB Managing Director Md Ziaul Haque Khondker and other directors were also present on the occasion.
A large number of shareholders were present at the meeting and took part in the deliberations of the AGM.
The shareholders dwelt on various aspects of the annual report and audited accounts and the activities of ICB during 2006-2007.
