ICB Capital Management signs deal with Jamuna Oil

ICB Capital Management Limited has signed an agreement with Jamuna Oil Company Limited in the city recently.
ICB Capital Management Limited Chief Executive Officer Md Iftikhar-uz-Zaman and Jamuna Oil Company Limited Managing Director M Masudur Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the deal, ICB Capital Management Limited will act as manager for the proposed direct listing of shares of Jamuna Oil Company Limited.
Also present at the signing ceremony were ICB Managing Director Md Ziaul Haque Khondker, general managers Md Jahangir Mia and MA Motalib Chowdhury and Jamuna Oil Company Limited Company Secretary Md Nazmul Hoque.
