ICB Securities Trading Company AGM held

The 14th annual general meeting of ICB Securities Trading Company Ltd was held Saturday in a city hotel. Md Abdur Rouf, chairman of the company and general manager of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) presided over the meeting. The shareholders approved 20 per cent cash dividend for the financial year 2013-14, according to a statement.
