ICDDRB diarrhoea centre at Mirpur
The International Centre for Diarrhoeal Diseases Research, Bangladesh (ICDDRB) Thursday set up a temporary diarrhoea treatment centre at Mirpur in the city to ease the load on its headquarters at Mohakhali in the capital. ICDDRB spokesman Ishtiaque A Zaman said the centre would treat patients from the area since one in every six to seven patients is coming to its Mohakhali premises from Mirpur. Some 800 diarrhoea patients visit the ICDDRB's Mohakhali centre every day. — bdnews24.com
