ICS president threatens PM, Sahara

Saturday, 30 October 2010

Islami Chhatra Shibir (ICS) President Rezaul Karim has threatened to put Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Home Minister Sahara Khatun on trial at a special tribunal, reports bdnews24.com.
"Massacres like Pilkhana killings and Paltan killings are still pending for the Prime Minister's nod," Mr Karim said.
He, however, managed to escape from the police on a motorcycle when they had given chase after his speech at the National Press Club in the city Thursday.
The discussion was organised by the party's Dhaka metropolitan unit marking the deaths at Paltan on October 28, 2006.
BNP and Jama'at claim that Awami League (AL) activists killed at least 13 supporters of the four-party alliance that day.
Addressing the Prime Minister, he said, "You have committed the most heinous crime against humanity."
