ICT awareness programme held at Mymensingh

MYMENSINGH, August 2 : A two-day ICT awareness programme was jointly organised by the IT Business Promotion Council (IBPC) under the Ministry of Commerce and Bangladesh Computer Samity on July 29-30, 2007 at a local hotel.
Bangladesh Agriculture University (BAU) Vice Chancellor Musharraf Hossain Miah was present as the chief guest of the inaugural session of the programe.
Commerce Ministry Joint Secretary (Export) Mustofa Mohiuddin was present as the special guest of the session chaired by Joint Secretary and Council Co-ordinator Md Ghulam Hussain.
Mymensingh Computer Samity President Naymul Hassan gave the address of welcome.
One hundred seventy five students of educational institutions and representatives of NGOs and GOs in Mymensingh attended the programme.
