ICT for fair play by both sides on documents

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 that deals with the 1971 war crimes cases asked Tuesday both the prosecution and the defence to maintain fairness on the papers and documents submitted to it for examination, reports UNB.
"All of you've to be fair about the papers and documents submitted to us in the interest of justice," said Justice M Enayetur Rahim, chairman of the three-member tribunal, during hearing on the prosecution's impugned documents.
