ICT rehears closing argument in Nizami case Mar 10

A three-member panel of International Crime Tribunal (ICT)-1 in Dhaka has decided to rehear the closing arguments from both the prosecution and defence on March 10 in a case filed against Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Maulana Matiur Rahman Nizami for war time offences. The panel, headed by the ICT-1’s newly-appointed Chairman M Enayetur Rahim fixed the date on Wednesday following the reconstitution of the tribunal, according to a news agency.
