IDFC to sell Rs 3.4b via bonds

MUMBAI, May 5 (Reuters): Infrastructure Development Finance Co (IDFC) will sell five-year bonds to raise 3.4 billion rupees ($76 million) on May 10, two sources with direct knowledge of the transaction said Wednesday.
The bonds offer a coupon of 8.15 per cent. The arrangers to the transaction are Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities PD and Trust Capital Adviser. IDFC has lined up supplies worth about 11 billion rupees for this week.
