IDLC customers can now pay using bKash

Customers of IDLC Finance PLC, a leading non-banking financial institution in the country, can now conveniently pay loan instalments, fees and charges for all other services through bKash anytime, anywhere, in a secure and efficient manner, says a press release.
IDLC and bKash have recently joined hands to introduce this new service that offers greater convenience to customers.
IDLC customers can now conveniently pay loan instalments, duplicate document issue charges, statement and certificate charges, excise duty, late payment interest and loan processing fees from the comfort of their homes using the bKash app.
To pay IDLC loan instalments or any other fees and charges, customers need to search or select 'IDLC' by tapping on the 'Pay Bill' icon from the bKash app. They have to select specific payment type from the 'purpose' option and input 'account' or 'reference' number. The system will automatically display the exact due amount. Here, customers need to verify the amount and confirm the payment by entering their bKash PIN. After a successful transaction, they can also download digital receipt for future uses.
