IDLC Securities signs 'panel broker' deal with Trust Bank

The merchant banking division of Trust Bank Limited has entered into an agreement with IDLC Securities Limited (IDLCSL) to enlist IDLCSL, a subsidiary of Industrial Development and Leasing Company (IDLC) Finance Ltd, as a panel broker.
This agreement will enable the clients of Trust Bank Limited to execute their trades through IDLCSL. The signing ceremony was held at the head office of Trust Bank in the city recently.
Trust Bank Deputy Managing Director Ishtiaque Ahmed Chowdhury and IDLC Securities Limited Chairman Arif Khan signed the deal on behalf of their respective companies.
IDLC Finance Deputy General Manager Mahmudul Bari, Trust Bank's Head of Merchant Banking Division Ahsan Ullah, IDLC Securities Manager M Affan Yusuf and Trust Bank Senior Executive Officer Mohammad Saleh Ahmed were present at the ceremony, among other senior executives of both the organisations.
