IL Capital holds Board meeting

IL Capital Limited held its 64th Board meeting at the head office of its parent company, International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL), on Thursday. Chairman of IL Capital Shyamal Kanti Ghosh presided over the meeting attended by directors Brigadier General Md. Meftaul Karim (Retd.), Emdad Hossain Sheikh and Md Mashiur Rahman. Chief Executive Officer Md Omar Faruq and Chief Financial Officer and CAMLCO Md Maruf Sikder were also present. At the meeting, the CEO reported that the company's operating profit for a six-month period ending on June 30, 2023 was around Tk 5.7 million. He also mentioned that despite some adverse business situations, the company's net profit turned positive for the month of June 2023.
