Incepta Pharmaceuticals holds annual sales confce

The annual sales conference 2010 of Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited was held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the city Thursday, said a press release.
Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited Managing Director Abdul Muktadir inaugurated the day-long programme while Planning and Commercial Director Hasneen Muktadir addressed it.
In 2009, pharmaceutical market growth was 13.6 per cent but Incepta's growth was much ,higher at 23.3 per cent according to IMS Health. In 2009 Incepta embarked on setting up the first human vaccine facility of the country.
Mr Muktadir dwelt on the performance and significant growth of Incepta in 2009 in local and international market.
He emphasised the need for export market expansion planning of the company. In addition to the "Certificate of GMP Compliance" from European Commission Incepta has already received GMP compliance certificate from Turkey, Kenya, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Yemen.
National Manager of Sales and Distribution Md Monowar Hosen and managers of Marketing Strategy Department EH Arefin Ahmed and Ehsan Aziz were present at the conference.
Best performers and achievers were awarded in the programme for their excellent performance in 2009.
According to IMS Health, an independent market research institution, Incepta at present is ranked 2nd among all pharmaceuticals companies in Bangladesh.
