Inclusion of real-life lessons in textbooks
Friday, 11 June 2021
Despite Covid-19 pandemic, school students across the country get new textbooks on time and free of cost. This is really a matter of appreciation for all of us. However, we think some general but necessary things about real life should be included in the textbooks.
We can make children aware of not wasting our natural as well as other resources. For example, there should be an essay explaining why we should not waste our valuable resources like gas by keeping gas burners running for hours. Also, some real-life stories of extraordinary honest people should be included in the textbooks.
The education board should include such moral lessons in the school textbooks so that our next generation can learn some morals and ethics.
