Increase fund to address adverse climate impacts

Speakers at a webinar observed that Bangladesh must focus on increasing climate fund and augmenting social security of the people to address the adverse impacts of climate change.
They also emphasised the importance of sustainable agriculture, renewable fuels and effective waste management to tackle the impacts of global warming.
The webinar titled 'Global Climate Change: Our Preparedness', was organised by Ghashful, a media house, in the city on Saturday.
