India beat Netherlands by 5 wickets

DELHI, Mar 9 (bdnews24.com): India won their World cup match against Netherlands by 5 wickets with 81 balls to go Wednesday.
Yuvraj Singh (51) remained unbeaten with skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni (19) to lead their victory at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi.
Gautam Gambhir (28) was the last man sent back bowled off Mudassar Bukhari.
Sachin Tendulkar (27) was caught out at long off as he charged down the track to smack the ball over the top off Seelar, only to slice it in the hands of Bradley Kruger at long off. The little master became the first to post 2000 World Cup runs, extending his lead over Ricky Ponting.
Earlier, Netherlands posted 189 runs in 46.4 overs losing all wickets, giving India a low modest target of 190 in their World Cup match against India.
Peter Borren (38) scored the highest for Netherlands.
