KAMPALA, Uganda, Nov 22 (PTI): India yesterday favoured a balanced outcome of the current round of World Trade Organisation (WTO) negotiations for an international trade order taking into account the needs of developing countries even as it asked the international community to urgently focus on the scourge of terrorism.
Making an intervention on the opening day of the Commonwealth Foreign Ministers' meeting here after presentation of the Secretary General's report, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said "there are issues of global concern such as terrorism and preservation of our environment that need our urgent attention."
