India remains Dubai's top gold partner

DUBAI, Oct 26 (PTI): Despite soaring prices, gold trade through Dubai, one of India's top trading partner, has reached USD 5.23 billion in the third quarter of 2007, a 55 per cent hike from last year's USD 3.37 billion.
Dubai's top trading partners for gold include India, Switzerland, Malaysia and the GCC states. India and Switzerland were top importers from Dubai and the list of its top exporters include India, Australia, Malaysia, USA and Switzerland.
