Indian diplomat held for spying for Pakistan

NEW DELHI, Apr 27 (AFP): A female diplomat in the Indian embassy in Islamabad has been arrested in New Delhi on charges of spying for Pakistan, reports said Tuesday.
"She has been arrested," Home Secretary Gopal Pillai said, according to Press Trust of India, referring to Madhuri Gupta, a second secretary in the Indian embassy in Islamabad.
The 53-year-old, who worked in the press and information section, is suspected of handing over classified documents to the Pakistani intelligence services, PTI said.
