Indian police returns body of Bangladeshi boy

Indian police returned the body of a Bangladesh boy, who was shot to death by people of Indian Khasia tribe on Tuesday, through Bisnakandi border of Gowainghat upazila in Sylhet on Wednesday night. Sub-inspector (SI) Shain of Meghalaya police of India handed over the body of Delwar Hossain, 16, to Sub-inspector Dulal Ahmed Delwar of Gowainghat Police Station through the main Pillar No. 1263 on Bisnakandi frontier in Sylhet around 08:40pm, after a post-mortem on the body was done. Suberdar Abdur Rashid, company commander of Bisnakandi BGB battalion-5, and Bir Singh, company commander of BSF, among others, were present at that time. Bangladeshi youth, Delwar Hossain, son of Shah Alam of Bogaia Muslimpara village of the upazila, was shot dead by Indian Khasia tribe men on Bisnakandi frontier in the upazila on Tuesday, according to a news agency.
