Indian tourist visa will be issued within two days in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI, Nov 03 (BSS): Indian tourist visa will be available within two days of application from the current month in addition to the existing medical visa.
Assistant Indian High Commissioner (HC) in Rajshahi Manoj Kumar revealed this
while visiting the Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC) in Rajshahi on Thursday.
He said Indian medical visas have been made easy. The visa-seekers of 16 districts in Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions side by side with Kushtia, Chuadanga and Meherpur districts under jurisdiction of the IVAC are now getting the medical visa within three days of application.
As a result, they are taking treatment after going to India within the shortest possible time.
Mr Manoj Kumar also said all sorts of necessary measures have been taken for issuing visas from the IVAC quickly.
