Indonesian products expo in Ctg starts

CHITTAGONG, March 17: Three day Indonesian Exposition started in the port city on Thursday. Industries Minister Dilip Barua formally inaugurated the expo at Gymnasium ground of MA Aziz Stadium in the morning.
In his address the minister said investment atmosphere in Bangladesh is favourable and it has a very liberal industrial and investment policy. He asked the Indonesian entrepreneurs to avail the facilities for setting up industries in Chittagong.
Indonesian handicrafts, boutique, automobile industrial equipments, strategic industrial products and tourism industry are on display in the exposition. The expo is open for all till evening of March 19, 2011.
Indonesia's High Commissioner Mirjal Joinuddin, its honourary consul in Chittagong Ms Monowara Hakim Ali and director general of external relations department under Foreign Ministry Golam Sarwar were present on the occasion.
