Industries Secretary Md Abdul Halim (4th from L) receiving a Shitol Pati (mat) as a gift from the SME Foundation after a meeting, presided over by Vice President of World Association for SME and its Bangladesh chapter head SM Zillur Rahman in the city on Wednesday on the occasion of 'Mujib Year'.
