Info service centre opens at Akhaura

BRAHMANBARIA, Oct 7: Union information service centre opened at Monionda Union Parishad Complex under Akhaura Upazila in Brahmanbaria Wednesday.
Brahmanbaria District Commissioner (DC) Md Abdul Mannan inaugurated the information service center as the chief guest while Union Parishad Chairman Mahbubul Alam Chowdhry presided over the inaugural function.
Among others, Akhaura Upazila Chairman Sheikh Borhanuddin, Municipality Mayor Nurul Hoque Bhuiyan, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Faroke Bhuiyan, Press Club President Eusuf Sarwar were attended and spoke at the function.
Service center will provide computer, internet, scanner, printer, web and cam facilities.
DC Abdul Mannan said, People of the union get information service here easily from now. They can send e-mail to the any where through this service center. The union dwellers can get the results of the public examinations, form of Govt & Non-Govt jobs, proper Visa, agricultural information, health & education service etc.
