Inquiry into case against Mirza Abbas ordered

The Metropolitan Sessions Judge's court ordered Thursday for reinvestigation into a case against former minister Mirza Abbas under the Foreign Currency Act, reports UNB.
Judge Azizul Hoque passed the order and fixed November 27 for submission of fresh investigation report.
The same court ordered for publishing in national dailies notification asking fugitive BNP leaders Harris Chowdhury and Shafiqur Rahman Kiron to appear before the court on November 27.
The court had earlier ordered warrants of arrest against them for failure to appear in a corruption case.
