Inspire students with honesty for preventing corruption: Speakers

RANGPUR, Apr 20 (BSS): Speakers at an anti-corruption coordination meeting have stressed on bringing up of the young students with honesty, good moral character and patriotism to inspire them in building a corruption-free society.
They stressed on educating school students on values of honesty in creating anti-corruption sentiment for changing their behavior in building a corruption free society to accelerate uplift and make the independence meaningful for every citizen.
The District Corruption Prevention Committee (DCPC) organised the meeting on Sunday afternoon at Rangpur Government Girls' High School for members of the 'Satota Sangha' (Integrity Unit) its Advisory Council Members and teachers of the school.
The District Combined Office of the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) and RDRS Bangladesh under the Justice Reform and Corruption Prevention (JRCP) Project extended cooperation in organising the meeting.
The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has been implementing the JRCP Project through GO-NGO collaboration under financial assistance of the German Development Cooperation (GIZ).
With Headmistress of the reputed educational institution Mrs. Farida Yasmin in the chair, Deputy Director of Rangpur District Combined Office of the ACC Kamrul Ahsan attended and addressed the meeting as chief guest.
