MK Holdings Limited, one of the Corporate Sponsors of the Company, has expressed its intention to sell its entire holding of 10,03,042 shares of the Company whereas Sultana Kashem, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed her intention to buy 10,03,042 shares of the Company at prevailing market price (In the Block Market) through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
