Inter-district buses are still making U-turn in front of the Mohakhali Bus Terminal creating traffic jam on both sides of the road though the Dhaka North City Corporation has recently built a special U-turn ramp near Nabisco on Tejgaon Road (inset photo) to help the buses cross the road without hindering traffic movement. While the very wide U-turn is now serving no purpose, the vehicles are finding it difficult to pass through the narrow strip on the western part of the road during peak hours.
