Inter-school Bangla Olympiad award ceremony held

International Turkish Hope School observed the International Mother Language Day to pay tributes to the language martyrs in the city Friday, said a press release.
On the occasion, for the first time the school organised a Bangla Olympiad, an inter-school competition, on February 15. Chairman and Principal of the institution Bedruddin Suata inaugurated the event. About two hundred and fifty students from twelve institutions participated in four categories.
Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman Fizar was present as the chief guest at the award distribution ceremony of Bangla Olympiad and distributed the awards among the winners on Saturday.
The minister said the event was very wonderful and believes that these talented children will take the country to an expected level.
