Inter-varsity swimming contest held

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, June 18: Chittagong University (CU) won the champions trophy beating Rajshahi University (RU) of the inter-university swimming and water polo competition Wednesday at the university central swimming pool complex.
RU VC Prof Chowdhury Sarwar Jahan Sajol handed over the trophies during the meet.
Athletics sub-committee convener Prof Nilufar Yasmin, student adviser Prof  Sadequl Arefin, Proctor Tariqul Hasan and physical exercise education director Chowdhury Moniruzzaman of the university were present on the occasion.
