Inter-varsity V'ball Competition begins

The inter-university volleyball competition-2008 began Thursday at the playground of Dhaka University (DU).
DU Pro-Vice Chancellor and Sports Board President AFM Yusuf Haider inaugurated the competition as the chief guest.
President of DU Volleyball Committee Tahmina Akhter and Acting Director of Physical Education Centre Shawkatur Rahman among other teachers and officials of the university were present on the occasion.
Six teams of male students and four of female are participating in the five-day competition.
