Internet and teenagers

Nowadays teenagers and even children spend a lot of time after net surfing, social networks like facebook, twitter and instagram. Due to easy availability of porno sites in internet, many of them surf those websites which is leaving a bad impact on their life. We cannot stop our children from surfing the internet totally, but we must remain alert so that they do not resort to excessive use of the same. Today's teenagers are seen spending more time in the virtual world than in the real world which cuts them off from real life situation.  Internet has become an integral part of life and work and we cannot move without it. It is no more a luxury, it has rather become a necessity. As parents, we have the responsibility to save our children from getting involved in cyber crimes and educate them about the pros and cons of internet surfing. Let us create awareness among our children and lay due emphasis on safe surfing.
