The closing ceremony of 'Internship Programme' for BBA and MBA students of different universities organised by the Islami Bank Training and Research Academy (IBTRA) was held at the IBTRA auditorium in the city Tuesday.
Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) Board of Directors' Chairman Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher attended the function as the chief guest.
Chaired by IBBL Executive Vice-president and IBTRA Director General Md Jafar Ullah, the function was attended, among others, by IBBL senior vice-presidents Md Rafiqul Islam, Md Mahfuzur Rahman, Asheque Ahmed Jebal and Md Mizanur Rahman.
The IBBL chairman said Islami Bank has become the bank of the masses due to its playing a vital role in changing the fate of the people, achieving self-reliance and strengthening the backbone of the economy to a great extent as the best bank in the country.
