Inu demands Khaleda’s apology for misdeeds

Friday, 24 April 2015

Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu said on Thursday BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia should refrain from being 'provocative' and 'apologize' to the people for her misdeeds, especially to those who were burnt during her abortive reign of  'terror-by-fire', reports BSS.
"She should confine herself to her house and concentrate on the many legal suits coming up against her", he said at a press conference at Press Information Department (PID).
Summing up his criticism of Khaleda Zia, he said, "She is like a serpent changing its skin to suit the circumstances but her poisonous fangs remain intact. They must be removed to make her suitable for democracy."
Responding to a question from journalists about the recent attacks on Khaleda Zia, he said  it was definitely 'condemnable"' but it is natural for people to have genuine grievances against her as many people have been severely hurt by her 'terror-tactics'.
