Friday, 10 November 2017

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has reacted sharply to JaSoD President Hasanul Haq Inu's anger over comments by ruling party leaders on their coalition partners, reports bdnews24.com.
Quader said at a programme at Dhaka University on Thursday that Inu "knows what would happen if the JaSoD went to the polls without the Awami League".
"We shouldn't disclose it. We will discuss his anger at party and government fora. There is nothing to worry about," the Awami League leader said.
On Thursday, in reaction to Inu's comments, Quader said, "Mr Inu let all his emotion, anger out. Why this emotion? He also knows what would be the result if they go to election without the Awami League. We saw it earlier."
"You are our partners. We will go to the election together. "
Quader said the government was "cooperating" with the BNP to let it organise political programmes.
He also said police gave the BNP permission to organise a rally at the Suhrawardy Udyan.
Bangladesh Chhatra League organised the programme at the Teacher-Student Centre to distribute Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's 'Unfinished Memoir' and 'Prison Diary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman'.
