The investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) submitted on Sunday its report against a war crimes suspect from Puthia in Rajshahi, reports UNB.
The accused war criminal is Abdus Samad Musa alias Firoj Khan, son of late Abbas Ali.
Faruk Hossain, investigator of the agency, said the 409-page probe report in four volumes was submitted to the tribunal's prosecutor in the afternoon.
Earlier in the morning, the investigation agency at a press briefing confirmed that it finalised its report against the war crimes suspect.
Prosecutor Zahid Imam said they finalised five specific charges, including murder, torture, looting and arson, against him.
On January 22, 2017, police arrested Samad from Puthia in a case filed on charges of committing crimes against humanity during the War of Liberation in 1971.
