IPDC, AAA Finance ink deal

IPDC Finance Limited and AAA Finance and Investment Limited signed an agreement over rights issue of shares management on Monday at the head office of IPDC Finance Limited in Dhaka. Mominul Islam, Managing Director & CEO of IPDC Finance Limited and Mohammad Obaydur Rahman, FCS-Managing Director, AAA Finance and Investment Limited signed the agreement. Under the agreement, AAA Finance and Investment Limited will work as the 'Manager to the Issue' in rights share issuance of IPDC Finance. — FE Report
