IPL: a cricket carnival

The much anticipated Indian Premier League (IPL) has started its 7th mega episode. I, as a cricket fan, was waiting for this event for a long time. This month-long extravaganza really is a delight to cricket loving people of the world. Bangladeshi audience is especially looking forward to see some sparkling performances by our lone cricketer.
The IPL started its journey in 2008. Since then it takes place every year in the months of April to June. IPL is the most watched T-20 cricket league in the world and also known for its huge commercial success. This time IPL is being held in the UAE and India where eight teams are participating as Pune Warriors India was terminated. My favourite team is Kolkata Knight Riders and I am eager for its success. I hope this time IPL will give its audience pure entertainment minus all kinds of controversy.
