Iqbal new GM of Sonali Bank

Hasan Iqbal has recently been promoted to General Manager (GM) of Sonali Bank Limited and joined office in Rajshahi division, according to a press release.
Prior to joining the new position, he was deputy general manager of the bank's Dhaka office.
Mr Iqbal obtained his M.Sc degree with honours in Chemistry from the Jahangirnagar University.
He had joined Sonali Bank as probationary senior officer in 1984 and worked in different important positions in the bank, the release added.
