Ishtiaq’s birth anniv today

The 83rd birth anniversary of renowned lawyer Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed will be observed today (Friday).
On the occasion, Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Smriti Parishad has taken various programmes to commemorate the day.
Mr Ishtiaq Ahmed served as the attorney general and an adviser to caretaker government in two successive terms. He passed away on 12 July, 2003, says a press release.
