Islami Bank Community Hospitals holds AGM

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Islami Bank Community Hospitals (Satkhira, Manikganj, Rangpur, Faridpur, Jhenaidah, Dinajpur, Naogaon, Madaripur, and Mymensingh Ltd.) was held at the conference room of Islami Bank Foundation on Monday.
Chairman of Islami Bank Foundation (IBF) and Director of the Community Hospitals Md Abdul Jalil, Chairman of the Executive Committee of IBF and Director of the Community Hospitals Md Khurshid Wahab and Directors of the Community Hospitals Prof. Dr. M. Masud Rahman and Md. Abdus Salam attended the AGM, says a press release.
The Board members are working tirelessly to establish good governance and strengthen the financial base. The Chairman expressed gratitude to the hospital patients and well-wishers and thanked the shareholders for their encouragement.
Mohammad Ali, Executive Director of IBF and CEO of the Community Hospitals, Md. Faizul Kabir, General Manager of IBF, along with local directors were also present at the AGM. The event was hosted by Advocate Afsar Ali Shah, Secretary of the Community Hospitals.
During the event, officials of Islami Bank Community Hospital and shareholders of the hospitals joined the AGM virtually. The financial statements of the hospitals for 2024-2025 were approved and dividends were announced at the AGM.
