ISLAMI BANK LAUNCHES UPI BRAND KHIDMAH CREDIT CARD
Islami Bank Bangladesh launched UnionPay International (UPI) branded Khidmah Credit Card at Islami Bank Tower on Tuesday. Individuals traveling to China for vacation, education and medical purposes will be able to pay various fees, make purchases through QR and POS machines and withdraw cash from ATMs using this card. Additionally, this card allows transactions in foreign currencies in about 183 countries around the world. Md. Omar Faruk Khan, managing director of the bank, was present as chief guest at the inaugural ceremony. CaiHuiming, head of South East Asian branch of UPI, was present as special guest.
