Islami Bank opens branch at Mawna Chowrasta

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) inaugurated its 194th branch at Mawna Chowrasta under Sreepur Upazila in Gazipur district Sunday.
Local Deputy Commissioner Syed Mizanur Rahman inaugurated the branch as the chief guest while Sreepur Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) SM Abdul Kader and Deputy Land Reform Commissioner of Barisal Mahmud Hasan were present as special guests.
IBBL Board of Directors' Vice-chairman Zainul Abedin presided over the inaugural function.
Deputy commissioner of Gazipur thanked the IBBL authorities for starting interest-free banking system and opening branch at Mawna Chowrasta.
He urged the bank authorities to invest in production of Bio-Gas with litters of poultry farms at Mawna.
